Project Manager
Moneyveo is a Ukrainian product FinTech company. We created the first online instant loan service in Ukraine. Thanks to our own technological development and customer focus, we have been holding the leadership in the branch of non-bank online loans for 7 years (according to Ukrainian E-Commerce Expert). In 2020 we launched a service in Vietnam and continue to expand our geography of presence. Nowadays more than 1,000,000 users trust us.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall Methodology
- Solid experience working in Scrum Master/Project Manager Role
- Experience applying various estimation techniques
- Proficiency in using Jira
- A constant focus on what could be improved and helps others to see the opportunity to improve
- Familiarity with SAFe practices is a significant plus
Would be a plus:
- Experience in Business Analysis
- Technical and financial background
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, MS Project and other PM tools
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
Responsibilities:
- Synchronizing 2+ product teams
- Drive development team to stay focused on their sprint plan to accomplish the sprint goals
- Facilitate planning and build a delivery middle & long-term delivery roadmap
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Driving continuous development, continuous improvements, and innovation
- Creating and communicating the annual calendars for iterations and PIs; facilitating PI planning and readiness; summarizing and publishing PI objectives
- Managing risks and escalating impediments
- Management reporting across delivery functions
- Ensuring consistency in predictability, quality and methodology
